Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a contract opportunity.

This is an in-office opportunity.

About this position

In this role, you will be responsible for developing components within ServiceNow, assisting integration owners in migrating systems from Remedy to ServiceNow, and configuring ServiceNow instances for IT Service Management (ITSM) modules including change management, incident management, service request management, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Additionally, you will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and develop applications.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop components within the ServiceNow platform.
• Assist integration owners in transitioning system integrations from Remedy to ServiceNow.
• Configure ServiceNow instances for ITSM change, incident, service request management, and CMDB.
• Interact with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and develop applications.

Skills/Requirements

• 7 years of extensive experience with ServiceNow, with deep subject matter expertise in ITSM modules.
• Proficiency in change management, incident management, CMDB, service request management, and asset management within ServiceNow.
• Experience in developing applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
• Proficiency in setting business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and script includes within ServiceNow.
• Experience with Flow Designer for automating processes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide.
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Excellent communication skills.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred.

Additional Information:

• Hybrid work environment
• 3-month contract with the possibility of extending/converting

Pay/Salary Range:

• Pay Range: $60-$70/hour
